Abstract: The cultural concept of CPC has undergone historical changes,from serving the political needs of the proletariats,to serving for socialism,and to serving for the construction of socialist culture characteristic of the Chinese style.The author observes that there exist two versions of serving the political needs of the proletariats in understanding and in practice,the macro-dimension version and the micro-dimension version.Since the implementation of the reform and open-up policies,CPC’s cultural theories have become more rational and mature.Systematic sets of principles and relevant policies concerning cultural construction have been developed with the tide of the time in the new era.And all this can be discussed in three dimensions.

摘要： 中国共产党的文化观经历了从为无产阶级政治服务到为社会主义服务、建设中国特色社会主义文化的历史演进;为无产阶级政治服务表现为广义和狭义的两种理解和实践;改革开放以来中国共产党的文化理论日趋理性和成熟,文化建设方针和政策进入系统化和与时俱进的新时期———对此可以从三个层次上加以概括和分析。
