Abstract: This paper discusses the current advantages and weaknesses of China in her efforts to build up soft power based on an analysis of its connotation and strategic significance.Impact and innovating drives of the idea of harmonious world on China’s soft power development are explored.The importance of harmonious world to China on the issue of soft power is dwelt on from the perspectives of culture,political values and foreign policies.

摘要： 本文在分析软实力的内涵和中国软实力建设的战略意义的基础上,分析了中国软实力建设的优势与不足,探究和谐世界理念和政策主张对于中国软实力构建的意义和创新,从文化、政治价值观和外交政策等三个层面论述和谐世界理念对于中国软实力建设的重要意义。
