Abstract: Network technology is the basis on which network ethics is produced. The intercourse character of "virtual reality"supported by network space is imagination. The phenomenal and intrinsical a-nalysis of the problems of network ethics in the reality are the ground of building network ethics. Examining from fundamental ethics, the premises of building network ethics is responsibility ethics.

摘要： 网络技术是网络伦理产生的基础;依托网络空间的虚拟实在,其交往特征是想象;对现实中网络伦理问题的现象和本质层面的分析,是网络伦理建构的依据;从元伦理的角度看,网络伦理建构的前提应是责任伦理。
