中国话语与话语中国*

摘要：

中国的发展优势并没有转化为话语优势，中国俨然一个行动的巨人、语言的矮子。解码中国道路需要“中国话语”。中国话语本质上是中国道路的理论表达，中国经验的理论提升，中国理论的话语呈现，归根到底是现代性的中国版本。中国话语体系的建构，要解答“谁在说话”、“如何说话”、“说什么话”、“为谁说话”、“如何对话”等若干基本问题。建构中国话语，其理想境界是“话语中国”的自我塑造和出场。建构话语中国的要旨在于对“中国性”的揭示和对“西方性”的祛魔，还原被遗漏掉的“中国性”，清除随意附加在中国身上的“西方性”，开启用中国话语塑造中国形象的新时代。

Abstract:

China s development advantage has not been translated into the advantage of discourseChina is like a giant in action but a dwarf in discourseChina needs its own discourse to make itself understood around the worldTo build the system of Chinese discourse，China must answer such basic questions as “who is talking”，“how to talk”，“what to talk” and “why to talk”To build the Chinese discourse the ideal state is the selfbuilding and appearance of the discourse about ChinaIt is important to reveal the characteristics of China and get rid of the demonization of China by the WestMeanwhile，we must restore the “character of China” and remove the “western nature” attached to China by the West to usher in the new era of building China image through the Chinese discourse
