摘要/Abstract

摘要： 国际关系理论赋予了国际关系学科独立的地位，鉴于国际关系学科过去百年发展中，主要理论范式争论都是在美国的国际关系理论研究者之间进行，因而学科的霸权性、不平等性非常明显。从当前的发展来看，国际关系学科正面临严重的能力不足问题，越来越多的国际关系现实发展都超出了国际关系理论能够解释的范围。国际关系学科正面临某种嬗变，表现出了去霸权化、多学科化、国家主义和全球主义的双重发展等发展趋势。

Abstract: The IR theories have given international relations the status of an independent discipline. In the past hundred years, the debates over major IR theoretical paradigms were mostly among American IR researchers. Consequently, these theories are marked by obvious characters of hegemony and inequality. An examination of the present development established the fact that this discipline is facing the problem of serious incapability. An increasing number of incidences in the practical development of international relations are beyond explanations by the current IR theories. Therefore, this discipline will undergo certain changes with the tendency of dehegemony, multidisciplines, and dual development of nationalism and Globalism.
