摘要： 近年来，境内外非营利组织以不同形式不同程度地参与了我国民族地区的反贫困工作，在一定意义上弥补了政府反贫困的不足，取得了值得肯定的成就。但与境外非营利组织相比，境内非营利组织在反贫困实践中尚存在不少需要反思和改进的问题与不足。本文以境内非营利组织社会服务的改革与创新为议题，以民族地区反贫困的实践为案例，通过与境外非营利组织反贫困实践的比较，反思境内非营利组织反贫困实践存在的不足与问题，探讨其改革与创新的思路。

Abstract: In recent years, non-profit organizations abroad have participated in poverty-eradication projects in the Chinese ethnic regions in different forms with varying degrees of involvement whose accomplishment deserves recognition. In a sense, this has compensated for what the Chinese government has not been able to do. Compared with their counterparts abroad, the Chinese non-profit organizations have much to reflect on and improve in the practice of poverty-eradication. The paper attempts to discuss the service innovation of domestic nonprofit organizations based on evidences collected in their poverty-eradication experiences in the Chinese ethnic regions. Comparisons are made with the practice of nonprofit organizations abroad for reflections on our own limitations and problems. Ideas of reform and innovation of social service are probed accordingly.
