摘要： 党内监督条例的发布是党中央狠抓党风廉政和惩治腐败工作、全面加强执政党建设的重大战略举措,标志着党内监督理念的革新,监督思路的转变,监督力度的加强,监督制度的完善。值得关注的是:它明确规定党内监督的重点对象是党的各级领导机关和领导干部,特别是各级领导班子主要负责人;它实现了党内监督的制度化,建立健全了党内监督体制和监督运行机制;同时,党中央采取了一系列措施从源头上防治腐败。

Abstract: Proclamation of the supervision regulations within the Party signals the start of a definite and important measure of advocating honesty against corruption, and of an all out campaign of strengthening party construction. It functions as a milestone of the innovating idea of check and control with decisiveness and completeness.
