摘要： 熊彼特的根本制度思想与马克思的根本制度思想有许多相似之处。从某种程度上说,马克思的经济学可以看作是熊彼特经济思想的一个主要来源,但熊彼特与马克思关于社会主义取代资本主义的思想在论述的方法、论述的角度等方面是存在差异的。

Abstract: Schumpter’s idea of fundamental system has many things in common with that of Marx. In a sense, Marxist economics can be regarded as a source of Schumpter’s economic ideas. However, there are divergent points between Marx and Schumpter in terms of methodologies of explanation and points of view in presentation.
