思想政治教育学科要素发展规律探寻

An Exploration on the Development Laws of the Academic Elements of Ideological and Political Education

摘要: 思想政治教育学科是一个由诸多要素所构成的系统,包括主体、理论、组织、实践等要素,它们内部的协同联结和矛盾作用推动着学科发展进程,并形成特定的要素发展规律,呈现为:多元主体间交互耦合律,即学科发展主体要在目标、价值、素养等方面交互耦合,实现整体建构和统筹发展;优势需要与自觉驱动生成律,即学科理论生成和知识生产要依循“由内及外”“由外及内”的双向路径,达成外在逻辑与内在逻辑的统一;聚散共生与动态层级聚合律,即在动态的学术组织聚集和互促中推动学科发展;实践动力与介体联结转换律,即要发挥“桥”和“船”的作用,促进理论形态向实践反哺、学科需要向实践需要、知识生产向知识应用、培养人才向使用人才的转换。

Abstract: The discipline of ideological and political education is a comprehensive system composed of many elements, including the subject, theory, institution, and practice. Their internal synergies and contradictions promote the development process of the discipline and form specific development laws, which are presented as: first, the law of interactive coupling among multiple subjects, ie. the main subjects of developing the discipline should be interactively coupled with each other in terms of goals, values and qualities to realize the overall construction and coordinated development; second, the law of generation driven by dominant needs and selfconsciousness, ie. the construction of theory in the discipline should follow the twoway path of “from the inside to the outside” and “from the outside to the inside” to achieve the unity of internal logic and external logic; third, the law of aggregation and dynamic hierarchical convergence, ie. the development of the discipline should be promoted through dynamic aggregation and mutual promotion among academic institutions; and finally, the law of transformation between practical dynamics and intermediary linkages, ie. we should give full play to the role of “bridges” and “boats” to promote the transformation from theories to practices, from disciplinary needs to practical ones, from knowledge production to knowledge application, and from training talents to using them.
