Abstract: The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) clearly stated that entering a new stage of development, the central task of the CPC is to lead the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in a concerted effort to realize the Second Centenary Goal of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects. To implement and fulfill this central task, we must uphold and improve the basic socialist economic system as the institutional guarantee to promote highquality development, take the new development philosophy as a guide to achieve fundamental changes in the development model, and take the acceleration of the construction of a new development paradigm as the strategic priority to promote highquality development, so as to advance Chinese modernization on all fronts through highquality development and to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through the Chinese path to modernization.
