摘要： 本文批判性地回顾了20世纪70年代以来国外政治经济学研究中出现的三种绝对地租形成机制理论。本文认为,以特定制度环境为基础的机制代表了一种合理的理论进路;虽然它解释了绝对地租的历史性产生,但未能解释绝对地租的再生产。因此,本文引入了开发资本家与食利者地主之间的互动,并探讨了绝对地租再生产的基本条件。在此基础上,本文分析了当代资本主义三种典型租金即金融租金、知识产权租金和平台租金的形成机制。

Abstract: Thispaperhascriticallyreviewedthreeformationmechanismsofabsoluterentthathave
ariseninthepoliticaleconomystudiesabroadsincethe1970s.Itisarguedthat,thespecific-institution
mechanismsareasonabletheoreticalpath;however,itcanexplainthehistoricalgenerationofabsolute
rentbutnotthereproductionofit.Thus,thispaperhasanalyzedtheinteractionsbetweendevelopercapitalistsandrentier-
landlordsanddiscussedthebasicconditionsforthereproductionofabsolute
rent.Thispaperhasfurtheranalyzedtheformationofthreetypicalrentsincontemporarycapitalism,
namelyfinancialrents,intellectualpropertyrents,andplatformrents.
