百年未有之大变局下中国发展战略机遇期的思考

摘要： 当前世界正经历百年未有之大变局，中华民族正处于伟大复兴的关键时期。如何统筹中华民族伟大复兴全局和世界百年未有之大变局，需要我们对中国发展的战略机遇期有科学准确研判。本文系统回顾了战略机遇期的提出及其演变进程，对战略机遇期的双重属性进行了再界定，在此基础上进一步厘清我们过去对战略机遇期的认知上的误区，最后提出需要在战略认知、战略重点、战略方向和战略保障上进行努力，以进一步维护和延长中国发展的战略机遇期。

Abstract: The world is currently undergoing major changes unseen in a century, and the Chinese nation is in a critical period of great rejuvenation. How to coordinate the overall rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the great changes in the world unseen in a century requires us to scientifically and accurately judge the period of strategic opportunities for China's development. This article systematically reviews the proposal and evolution of the strategic opportunity period, and redefines the dual attributes of the strategic opportunity period. On this basis, this article further clarifies our past misunderstandings about the period of strategic opportunity, and puts forward the need to make efforts in strategic cognition, strategic focus, strategic direction and strategic guarantee to further maintain and extend the strategic opportunities for China's development period.
