思想政治教育者的角色冲突及其化解

The Role Conflict of Ideological and Political Education and its Resolution

摘要: 由不同社会关系构成的系统塑造了思想政治教育者的不同角色:由社会阶级关系尤其是阶级斗争构成的社会政治系统在功能分化中衍生出思想政治教育子系统,由此塑造了功能承担者即思想政治教育者的“意识形态灌输者”角色;由教育关系构成的思想政治教育子系统塑造了“思想政治教育互动者”角色。各角色背后的社会关系及其社会期望的差异导致思想政治教育者的双重角色在追求目标、规范程度、行为态度和情感表现上都存在冲突,从而对思想政治教育者的言行和心理可能产生系列不良影响。为了缓解这种冲突,提高思想政治教育的效果,必须根据意识形态的不同类型加以化解。

Abstract: The system composed of different social relationships has shaped the different roles of ideological and political educatorsThe social and political system consisting of social class relations, especially class struggle, derives the ideological and political education subsystem from the functional differentiationThe ideological and political education subsystem consisting of educational relations has shaped the role of “interactive in ideological and political education.”The differences in social relations and social expectations behind each role lead to conflicts between the dual roles of ideological and political educators in pursuit of goals, norms, behavioral attitudes, and emotional performanceIt may have a series of adverse effects on the words and deeds of the ideological and political educatorsIn order to alleviate such conflicts and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, it must be resolved according to different types of ideology
