摘要： 马克思有关人的自由问题的关注点在不断转换，即从政治国家到市民社会与国家的二元结构，再到市民社会批判与政治解放，而马克思最终基于对现代市民社会的异化与人的自由的内在紧张关系的深入思考，找到了实现人的自由的真实道路。在马克思这里，首先，自由是作为一个统一性的整体而被理解，它既容纳了个体的自由，同时也在个体与他人的积极肯定的联系中包含了他人的自由，自由不再仅仅局限于个体自身的狭隘范围，而是必须在与他人相互关系中才能真正得到整全性的实现。其次，自由是普遍性的自由，作为普遍性的自由是形式自由与实质自由的统一，它不仅从形式的层面规定了每一个个体的自由与权利，而且从实质性的层面强调这些自由与权利的普遍实现。

Abstract: Marx s focus on the issue of human freedom has been constantly changing, from political state to the dual structure of civil society and state, and then to the critique of civil society and political liberationBy the indepth thinking of the inner tensions between the alienation fo modern civil society and human freedom, Marx finally has found a real way to realize human freedomHere, in Marx, first of all, freedom is understood as a unity of the whole, it not only contains individual freedom, but also includes the freedom of others in the positive relationship between the individual and others, thus,freedom is no longer limited within the narrow scope of the individual, it must realize itself integrately in the relationship with othersMoreover, freedom is the universal freedom, freedom as universality is the unity of formal freedom and substantive freedom, and it not only defines the freedom and rights of each individual from the formal level, but also emphasizes the universal realization of these freedoms and rights from the substantive level
