摘要： 马克思新唯物主义所实现的哲学变革，实质上是以实践思维方式否定了一切旧哲学的思维方式。在马克思哲学思维方式的转变过程中，《1844年经济学哲学手稿》居于承上启下的特殊地位。在《手稿》中，占主导地位的是费尔巴哈式的人本主义思维方式，但“笔记本III”中“对象性活动”理论的提出，却体现着马克思对黑格尔思辨思维方式的——“自我活动（劳动）”辩证法原则的扬弃，它成为马克思哲学思维方式转变中的一个关键环节，对实践思维方式的最终确立具有重要意义。正由于《手稿》中这种冲突的存在，才使得几个月后马克思所发动的哲学革命、哲学思维方式转变的内在逻辑可以得到合理的理解和阐释。

Abstract: The philosophical change realized by Marxs new materialism essentially denies the thinking mode of all previous philosophy in the way of practical thinking. In the transformation of Marxs philosophical thinking mode, The Manuscript of Economics and Philosophy in 1844 is a special link of the preceding and the following. In the manuscript, the dominant way is Feuerbachs humanistic thinking mode. However, the proposition of “object activity” theory reflects Marxs sublation of Hagels speculative thinking mode. It has become a key link in the transformation of Marxs philosophical thinking mode, and is of great significance to the eventual establishment of practical thinking mode. Because of the existence of this kind of conflict in manuscript, the logic of Marxs philosophical revolution and philosophical mode of thinking in the following months can be reasonably understood and interpreted.
