摘要：

我国城市社区建设经历了30余年的曲折发展历程，本文从社区研究的理论视角、范式与方法以及被普遍关注的四大问题，对以往的研究文献进行梳理，在此基础之上，提出了未来城市社区建设在保障政策的连续性与可持续性、构建完善服务体系的前提下，重点思考如何从“问题解决模式”及“按需服务”转变到化解矛盾及引领需求上，如此才能创造美好的城市生活。

Abstract:

The urban community construction in China has experienced a tortuous development process over the past 30 years. This paper, from the perspective of the theory of community studies, paradigms and methods, as well as the four major issues of general concern, has sorted out the previous research literature. On this basis this paper put forward that the future urban community construction, under the premise of maintaining policy continuity and sustainability, should focus on transforming from the “problem solving model” and “service according to demands” to resolving the contradictions and demand leading, in order to create a better city life.
