摘要： 后福特制生产方式下，与跨国流通组织的全球拓展相伴随的是全球劳动力的分化与整合，不计其数的劳动力被纳入到跨国流通组织的全球空间，跨国流通组织凭借资本权力关系在异质空间的销售与采购，建立了一个结构化的劳动控制网络，形成工人阶级的分裂和分散化。后福特制生产方式下跨国流通组织所主张的管理理念和认同的管理实践，只不过是对福特制进行了一些表面性的粗浅修饰，并没有触及福特制劳动分工的本质。因此，后福特制生产方式中的跨国流通组织在劳动与资本关系的解构与重构中，资本主义生产体系中的资本逻辑并没有发生变化。

Abstract: Under the post-Ford production mode,transnational circulation organizations expand all over the world with the differentiation and integration of labor from all quarters of the globe. Countless labor forces were merged into the global space of transnational circulation organizations. Transnational circulation organizations build a structured labor control network,via sales and purchases in heterogeneous space,by resorting to capital power relations. This leads to the working class's division and decentralization. Under the postFord production mode,the organization management philosophy and identity management practices advocated by transnational circulation organizations are only a superficial,crude modification without altering the essence of the Ford system of division of labor. Thus,under the post-Ford production mode,the capital logic of the capitalist production system does not change,despite transnational circulation organizations'deconstruction and reconstruction of the relation between labor and management.
