摘要： 自20世纪70年代布雷弗曼的《劳动与垄断资本》一书出版以来，劳动过程理论的研究开始呈现出多元化的趋势并渗透到了劳动经济学、工业社会学、组织理论等诸多社会科学领域。很多批判布雷弗曼的学者认为其研究继承了马克思主义传统中忽视主体性的缺陷，于是他们将认同、性别、年龄、种族、公民权、国籍等问题引入了资本主义劳动过程理论，并借用福柯“自我政治”的后现代主义分析范式和话语来强调劳动过程中的“规训”，弱化传统马克思意义上的“剥削”。这波后现代主义思潮引发了劳动过程理论圈内进一步的辩论，从而将马克思主义政治经济学对资本主义生产方式的批判和对阶级分析的强调重新带入了人们的视野。

Abstract: Since the publishing of Harry Braverman's Labor and Monopoly Capital in the 1970s,there have been diverse approaches,from many social science disciplines,attempting to revitalize and reconstruct Labor Process Theory. Some scholars criticized the neglect of subjectivity in the Marxist tradition of Bravermans research and started to focus on the subjective elements of labor in the workplace and its resistance. The analytical tools and discourses they have relied upon,such as Foucaults politics of self,led Labor Process Theory into a postmodernist diversion which centers more on discipline than exploitation. This new focus sparked another round of debate in Labor Process Theory,which has brought back the Marxist emphasis on capitalist relations of production and class analysis. This paper seeks to critically explore the new developments in Labor Process Theory within the recent thirty years and discuss their contributions and limitations.
