共同体的治理：社会管理创新的逻辑理路

摘要： 社会管理创新意味着国家、市场、社会等诸多主体走向协调发展，是一种共同体的治理思路。本文以马克思的共同体思想与社会管理创新的理论为分析视角，提出以人口（人的参与和发展）、空间（人的生存场域）、组织（人的生存方式）三要素为基点，国家与市民社会两维度为机制的共同体治理思路。国家与市民社会协同共治，三要素协调发展，以共同体的培育为基础，以人的发展为根本目的，是社会管理创新的逻辑理路。

Abstract: Social Management Innovation calls for a harmonious relationship of the state,market and civil society which,linked together,lead to community governance. This paper,based on the theoretical relations between Marx's thought on community and social management innovation,proposes the concept of community governance,with population (men's participation and development),space (wherein men live) and organization (men's way of life) as its three basic,interrelated elements and cooperation between the state and civil society as its mechanism. The logic of social management innovation is to attain the ultimate objective of human development on the basis of well-fostered communities.
