中国养老保障制度改革中的十大关系研究

摘要： 当前我国的养老保障制度改革迫切需要进行战略规划，在尊重历史发展规律和制度自身发展规律的基础上，梳理关键问题，正确处理好历史与现实、主体制度与补充制度、福利增长与责任分担结构等十大重要关系，明确改革方向和改革路径，建构理性的制度模式，尽快实现制度的定型、稳定与可持续发展。

Abstract: It is an urgent need for China to map out a strategic plan for its pension insurance system on the basis of respect for the law of historical development and law of system of its own，beefing up key problems，handling well the ten important relations such as history and reality，the main system and complementary system，welfare growth and share of responsibility，pointing out the direction and the path of reform，constructs a rational system model，realizes the stereotype，stability and sustainable development of the system as soon as possible
