摘要/Abstract

摘要： 冷战结束尤其是"9·11"事件以来,美国社会的孤立主义思想不断上升。尽管美国不会退回到传统的孤立主义路线,但是孤立主义作为一项战略选择始终是当代美国大战略的选项之一,孤立主义作为一种社会基础始终迎合美国民众对当代美国大战略的反思,孤立主义作为一项国内政治的舆论压力始终限制着美国自由国际主义的进程与努力。

关键词: 孤立主义思想, 孤立主义战略, 美国大战略

Abstract: With the end of the Cold War,especially after the "9/11 incident",American isolationism has been continuously on the rise.The author holds that though it is not likely that the U.S.will return to the traditional ideology of isolationism,isolationism is one of the strategic options in the American grand strategy.In fact,as a form of basic social ideology,isolationism always appeals to the American people in their reflections on the American grand strategy.Consequently,it has restricted America’s proceedings towards liberal internationalism by means of pressures of public opinions from domestic politics.
