摘要/Abstract

摘要： 制度不仅仅是物质结构,同时也是一种共有观念、共同的政治文化。建构主义则进一步把理念、文化、知识作为分析的起点,强调观念的作用。东北亚合作制度化进程的迟滞,显然存在着共有理念缺失的原因。构建东北亚地区的共有理念应是今后该地区合作向制度化迈进的努力方向。

Abstract: A system does not only consist of a substantial structure, but also of shared beliefs and common political culture. Theories of constructivism further identify idea, culture and knowledge as the point of departure and emphasize the function of beliefs. An analysis of causes that have postponed the process of cooperation in Northeast Asia establishes one of the causes as lacking the idea of sharing. Therefore, construction of the idea of sharing in Northeast Asia is seen as an objective to achieve in order to systemize regional cooperation in the future.
