Abstract: As hysteresis of modernization in agriculture has severely hindered the process of modernization in China,it is high time that we probe into its cause and seek for a solution.However,we can not expect to solve the problem within the scale of agriculture.Instead,we should look into the deeper structure of national economy and inquire about the relationship between agriculture and industry,and relationship between urban and rural areas as well.Since modernization of agriculture means improvement of organic constitution,it is important to solve two problems.One is employment of the former rural laborers,the other is to raiss enough capital to finance modernization in agriculture.There has been evidence that integration of trade,industry and agriculture can be an effective solution.
