At present, while the promotion of China's international discourse power is facing multiple challenges, such as the suppression of Western discourse hegemony, the constraints of the current international order, and the inadequacy of its own international discourse capacity, the Chinese nation is moving towards great rejuvenation, socialism with Chinese characteristics has become more mature and welldefined, and the global governance system is undergoing profound changes, providing the country with great strategic opportunities. On the basis of dialectical analysis of the situation of improving China's international discourse power, the paper suggests that we should make overall plans, take multidimensional measures, and adopt effective strategies to improve the countrys international discourse power in the new era. Efforts include: (1) strengthening national toplevel design and actively participating in global governance changes; (2) improving the quality of discourse/content and building China's international discourse system; (3) innovating discourse dissemination methods and promoting the international identity of China's discourse; (4) improving the discourse dissemination mechanisms and optimizing the joint efforts of Chinas discourse dissemination; and (5) cultivating discourse dissemination talents and expand China's international communication teams. It involves the stratification between the abstract and the concrete dimension of productivity, between controllers and the controlled regarding the means of production, and between the digital industry and traditional industries. Stratification also exists in the competition relations embedded in the digital industry, and in the polarized employment structure. The stratification of social reproduction represents a new way of capital accumulation. It is accompanied by possible challenges such as the technological monopoly, the crossfield expansion of capital's power, wealth polarization, and the weakened economic foundation of middleincome groups.
