Abstract: The discursive power of ideological and political education is the comprehensive force fully manifested by the discourse of ideological and political education on the basis of its own inherent attributes, through intersubjective discursive communication, and in the realization of a discursive function directed at transforming the spiritual world of those being educated. Built upon the Marxist thinking on discourse, it gives expression to a lawgoverned understanding of the building of cultural leadership over the course of the Partys centurylong struggle, of the development of the nations communication capacity, and of the practice of discourse in ideological and political education, and it manifests the contemporary value of empowering the building of a strategic communication system with Chinese characteristics, of aiding the distillation of signature concepts in ideological and political education, and of guiding the shaping of a pluralistic discursive landscape in the era of digital intelligence. The discursive power of ideological and political education, in the dimension of discursive attributes, presents itself as discursive authority, discursive competence, and discursive efficacy; in the dimension of discursive interaction, it presents itself as discursive attention, discursive adaptability, and discursive transformability; and in the dimension of discursive function, it presents itself as discursive enlightening power, discursive justificatory power, and discursive continuity power. To practice the discursive power of ideological and political education, we should take the Marxist stance, viewpoints, and methods as the discursive cornerstone, take addressing the questions of China, the world, the people, and the times as the discursive agenda, take explaining the principles thoroughly, clearly, and vividly as the discursive approach, and take enhancing the political, ideological, theoretical, and emotional identification with the Partys innovative theories as the ultimate discursive purpose.

摘要： 思想政治教育话语力是思想政治教育话语基于自身内在属性、经由主体间话语交往、在指向教育对象精神世界改造的话语功能实现中所充分显示出的综合性力量，是在继承马克思主义话语思想基础上，对党百余年奋斗历程中文化领导权建设、国家传播能力发展以及思想政治教育话语实践规律性认识的表现，彰显着赋能中国特色战略传播体系构建、助力思想政治教育标识性概念提炼、引领数智时代多元话语格局建设的时代价值。思想政治教育话语力在话语属性维度上呈现为话语权力、话语能力与话语效力，在话语交往维度上呈现为话语注意力、话语适配力与话语转化力，在话语功能维度上呈现为话语启润力、话语辩护力与话语承续力。实践思想政治教育话语力，应以马克思主义立场、观点、方法为话语基石，以回答中国之问、世界之问、人民之问、时代之问为话语议题，以讲深、讲透、讲活道理为话语办法，以增进对党的创新理论的政治、思想、理论、情感认同为话语旨归。
