Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has focused on “what kind of world to build and how to build it”, and creatively put forward a series of new concepts, categories, and expressions, including “a community with a shared future for mankind”. It has formed a narrative system encompassing scientific connotations, hierarchical structures, value concepts, and implementation strategies, thus establishing a systematic and complete discourse on “a community with a shared future for mankind”. This discourse represents the innovative development of the Marxist idea of  a “true community”, an inheritance and development of the concepts of “Great Harmony” and “cooperation” in fine traditional Chinese culture, and a response to the reality of “major changes unseen in a century in the world”. It possesses solid theoretical roots, profound cultural origins, and deep contemporary relevance. The construction of the discourse of “a community with a shared future for mankind” represents a “terminological revolution” in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times, breaking the hegemony of Westerncentric discourses such as “clash of civilizations”, “the law of the jungle”, and “seeking hegemony when one becomes strong”, and serves as an important international public good provided by China to promote the reform and improvement of the global governance system.

摘要： 党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央聚焦“建设一个什么样的世界、如何建设这个世界”，创造性地提出了“人类命运共同体”等一系列新概念新范畴新表述，形成了包括科学内涵、层级结构、价值理念、实施战略等在内的叙事体系，构建起系统完整的“人类命运共同体”话语。这一话语是对马克思主义“真正的共同体”思想的守正创新，对中华优秀传统文化“大同”“协和”观念的传承发展，对“世界百年未有之大变局”的现实回应，具有坚实的理论根源、深厚的文化渊源和深刻的时代依据。“人类命运共同体”话语的构建，实现了马克思主义中国化时代化的“术语革命”，打破了“文明冲突”“弱肉强食”“国强必霸”等西方中心主义的话语霸权，是中国为推动全球治理体系改革完善提供的重要国际公共产品。
