Abstract: In the all-media era, revolutionary changes in information acquisition have created an unprecedented information environment and public opinion landscape. The complexity of the ideological domain continues to intensify, posing new challenges to the dissemination of mainstream ideology. To address this, it is imperative to strengthen the development of an allmedia communication system and shape a new paradigm for mainstream public discourse. First, we must embrace and adeptly drive transformative changes, confront challenges headon, deeply reflect the value orientation of the times, actively respond to societal and public concerns, accelerate the integrated development of media platforms, and enhance the reach of mainstream ideology. Second, it is necessary to analyze the contemporary challenges and opportunities by addressing the narrative crises and emerging issues in allmedia communication of mainstream ideology. Third, scientific application of agendasetting should be employed to ensure the comprehensive integration of mainstream ideology across all dimensions and levels, embedding the Partys propositions and theories into the daily lives and work of the people. Fourth, we must drive the transformation of Chinas mainstream ideological discourse system through enhancing localized theoretical innovation in communication, reforming Chinese discourse narratives, optimizing technological algorithms, and improving communication efficacy. This will accelerate the construction of a Chinese narrative system capable of effectively telling Chinas stories, communicating Chinas voice, and projecting Chinas image both domestically and internationally.

摘要: 全媒体时代,伴随信息获取方式的革命性变革,人类面临前所未有的信息环境和舆论场域,意识形态领域复杂性不断增加,主流意识形态传播面临全新挑战。为此,必须加强全媒体传播体系建设,塑造主流舆论新格局。一要敢于变革、善于变革,直面问题,深刻反映时代价值趋向,积极回应社会和人民关切,加快媒体融合发展,提升主流意识形态传播力;二要从主流意识形态全媒体传播叙事危机及其问题呈现阐释其时代挑战与机遇;三要科学运用议程设置,推动主流意识形态全方位贯穿、全层次融入,使党的主张、党的理论渗入民众的工作生活中;四要从增强传播本土化理论创新、中国话语叙事变革、优化技术算法和传播效果等维度推动主流意识形态话语体系变革,加快构建中国叙事体系,对内对外讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音,树立好中国形象。
