Abstract: The process of ideological and political education constitutes a vital area of research in this field. Examining this process through the lens of social functioning represents a novel perspective for ideological and political education research in the new era. From this viewpoint, the process of ideological and political education involves the purposeful, planned, and organized cultivation and enhancement of individual or collective ideological and political qualities. It encompasses three dimensions: the selforganizing operation of ideological and political education as an internally independent system, the interactive operation between the ideological and political education system and other social subsystems, and the ubiquitous operation of ideological and political education under the broader influence of external societal environments. These three dimensions comprehensively reveal the holistic dynamics of the process of ideological and political education. Their coordinated interplay serves as an effective approach to strengthening the explanatory power of this process. Therefore, by analyzing the constituent elements and developmental trajectories of selforganizing operation, interactive operation, and ubiquitous operation, and by identifying pathways to innovate across all elements and optimize the entire process, a new logical framework can be established for ideological and political education in the new era. This framework will enhance the practical efficacy of ideological and political education in the new era, advancing both the comprehensive development of individuals and the allaround progress of society.

摘要: 思想政治教育过程是思想政治教育研究的重要领域,基于社会运行探讨思想政治教育过程是新时代思想政治教育研究的新视角。在这一视角下,思想政治教育过程是通过有目的、有计划、有组织的引导,形成和提高个体或集体思想政治素质的过程,包括思想政治教育内部相对独立的自组织运行过程、思想政治教育系统与社会其他子系统之间相互作用的交互式运行过程,以及思想政治教育在外部社会整体环境影响下的泛在化运行过程三个层面。这三个层面完整揭示了思想政治教育过程的总体样态,其相互配合是提升思想政治教育过程阐释力的有效方式。因此,逐层分析自组织运行、交互式运行和泛在化运行的牵涉要素、展开过程,找到全要素创新、全过程优化的实现路径,为新时代思想政治教育建构起新的逻辑框架,有助于提升新时代思想政治教育的实效性,推进人的全面发展和社会的全面进步。
