Abstract: During the period of socialist revolution and construction, the ethics of belief have been formed, in which ultimate values, political ethics and social ethics are mutually supported and interpenetrated. With holistic structures, they are an important part of cause of fostering a strong sense of the Chinese nation. They are not only the subjective revolutionary spirit and sublime ideal, but also the objective ethics rooted in the social structure, so that all the people can find their places in the grand and shared blueprint of the country. While ensuring a coordinated national response institutionally, the people have all been pulled together spiritually that an independent and substantial industrial system took shape under the conditions of external blockade and dire poverty, and become masters of the country. In the new era, only by inheriting and carrying forward the ethics of belief and enhancing the governance efficiency and mobilization capability of the Party Central Committee to “exercise overall leadership and coordinate the efforts of all” through establishing Comrade Xi Jinpings core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and establishing the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, can the Chinese society resist the risks brought about by multiple and complex contradictions and deal with the siege of the West.

摘要： 社会主义革命和建设时期形成了终极价值、政治伦理、社会伦理之间相互支撑、彼此贯通、具有整体性架构的信念伦理。它是铸牢新中国国魂的重要组成部分，不仅是主观性的革命精神和崇高信念，更是扎根于社会架构的客观性伦理，从而使全体人民都能在国家宏伟蓝图和共享意义整体中找到自己的位置，在组织上形成“全国一盘棋”的同时，亦在精神上拧成“上下一股绳”，支撑着党和人民在外部封锁、“一穷二白”的条件下，建立工业化体系，实现国家独立和人民当家作主。新时代的中国社会只有继承和弘扬信念伦理，以“两个确立”增强党中央“总揽全局、协调各方”的治理效能和动员能力，才能抵御多元复杂矛盾带来的风险，应对西方世界围堵的挑战。
