Abstract: To understand and grasp the original contribution of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the most fundamental thing is to understand the philosophical underpinnings and the paradigms they are derived from, that is, the “systembased strategic dialectics”. This philosophical paradigm is an original contribution of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to Marxism, which is reflected in six aspects: (1) the governance of China with the central leadership of Xi Jinping fundamentally faces “philosophical issues”, which has the premise of making original philosophical contributions; (2) solving problems in the philosophical sense requires systembased strategic planning, thus forming a philosophical paradigm of “systembased strategic dialectics”; (3) systembased strategic dialectics has innovated and developed Marxs “dialectical philosophy”; (4) Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and its systembased strategic dialectics require the establishment of a new “philosophical thinking”; (5) Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and its systembased strategic dialectics provide “philosophical wisdom” for governance; and (6) Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era clearly demonstrates the “philosophical concept” of putting people first, which moves from the materialist logic to the peopleoriented one.

摘要： 理解习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的科学体系，把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的原创性贡献，最为根本的就是要理解其中的哲学基础及其蕴含的哲学范式，即“系统为基战略辩证法”。这一哲学范式，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想对马克思主义哲学的一种具有本源性的原创性贡献。这种原创性贡献体现为六个层面：（1）习近平治国理政从根本上面对的是“哲学问题”，具有作出原创性哲学贡献的前提；（2）解决哲学意义上的问题需要以系统为基础作出战略谋划，由此便形成“系统为基战略辩证法”的哲学范式或哲学观；（3）系统为基战略辩证法创新发展了马克思主义具有总体性的“辩证哲学”；（4）习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想及其蕴含的系统为基战略辩证法要求确立新的“哲学思维”；（5）习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想及其系统为基战略辩证法蕴含治国理政的“哲学智慧”；（6）习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想彰显了人民至上的“哲学理念”，它由物本逻辑走向民本逻辑。
