Abstract: To solve the dilemma in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and find a solution to the problem of weak effectiveness, it is necessary to follow the Marxist theories and approaches and center around the “sense of gain” to profoundly reflect upon questions such as “education for what”, “how to educate”, and “what is the effect”, so as to enhance the effectiveness of education, and constantly improve audiences satisfaction with the ideological and political education. First, we should get a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the sense of gain, and continuously deepen our thinking. Second, we should aim at improving the sense of gain in the ideological and political education, and work jointly to educate students. Third, we need to organically integrate the educational contents, methods and processes, and give full play to the positive role of material things.

摘要： 破解高校思想政治教育之困境，解决实效性不强之难题，需要运用马克思主义理论与方法，以“获得感”为切入点，深入思考“为何教育”“如何教育”“效果如何”等问题，强化教育实效性建设，不断提升思想政治教育满意度。一是全面系统把握思想政治教育的获得感，不断深化认识；二是着眼于思想政治教育中人的获得感的提升，形成教育合力；三是有机整合教育内容、方法和过程，充分发挥思想政治教育中物的因素的积极作用。
