Abstract: Gotz believes that the bourgeois political party is not for the purpose of gaining political power, not for the benefit of the majority of laborers, but to reveal the reality of the exploitation and comprehensive alienation of the working class and the broad masses of the people in the capitalist society, and promote the liberation of individuals, it is necessary to build a revolutionary party. Trade unions ensure the reasonable needs and legal rights of workers. Revolutionary political parties must combine with trade unions to continuously improve the wellbeing of workers and continuously enhance the class consciousness and revolutionary consciousness of the working class. Revolutionary parties must fully criticize capitalism in order to build a revolutionary anticapitalist force. Revolutionary political parties can effectively promote the awakening of the working class, master the ideological leadership, establish the proletarian state machine and carry out social revolution. Although Gotz's revolutionary party theory has some issues that need to be further considered, it has important theoretical and practical implications for the construction of the new era of the Chinese Communist Party and the healthy development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

摘要： 高兹认为，资产阶级政党以获得政权为目的，不是为了广大劳动者的利益，要揭示资本主义社会中工人阶级和广大人民群众受剥削和全面异化的现实，推进个体的自由解放，就必须构建革命型的政党。工会确保工人的合理需求和合法权利，革命型政党必须同工会结合，不断增进工人的福祉，不断增强工人阶级的阶级意识和革命意识。革命型政党必须对资本主义进行全面批判，以便构建一个革命的反资本主义力量。革命型政党具有理论教育、文化领导和政治领导等功能，能够有效促进工人阶级的觉醒，掌握意识形态的领导权，建立无产阶级的国家机器并进行社会革命。高兹的革命型政党理论虽然存在一些需要进一步思考的问题，但是对于新时代我们党的建设和中国特色社会主义事业的健康发展具有重要的理论和现实启示意义。
