Abstract:

Marxist human theory is a sience which studies human nature, human existence and the general law of human development,whose fundamental task is to solve the problem of the relationship between man and object, that is to say, whose purpose is, correctly through practice,to deal with the relationship between man and nature, man and society, man and man, to promote the allround development of human beings, and to strive for the freedom and liberation of human beings. “Peopleorientation” is an important principle in Marxist human theory, which is formed on the basis of criticizing the western humanism trend of thought,especially Feuerbachs humanism. It is both the sublation and transcendence of the western humanism,and it has been enriched and developed in practice.Due to the relationship between the subject and object of ideological and political education, human development is the core index. Then, whether it can help promote the development of human beings has become an internal yardstick of judging the rationality of the relationship between the subject and object of ideological and political education.Therefore, we must put the “peopleoriented” principle as the premise of establishing the relationship between the subject and object of ideological and political education,starting from the standpoint of Marxist human theory.We must take real people as the logical starting point to optimizing the relationship between the subject and object of ideological and political education.And finally,we must take human development as the foothold of building a dynamic and harmonious relationship between the subject and object of ideological and political education from the needs of the people.

摘要：

马克思主义人学是研究人的本质、人的存在和人的一般发展规律的科学。它的根本任务在于解决人与客体的关系问题，也就是说，其宗旨在于通过实践正确地处理人与自然、人与社会以及人与人之间的关系，促进人的全面发展，争取全人类的自由和解放。“以人为本” 是马克思主义人学理论中的重要原则，它是马克思主义在批判西方人本主义思潮尤其是费尔巴哈人本主义的基础之上形成的，是对西方人本主义的扬弃和超越，并且在实践中不断得以丰富和发展。由于在思想政治教育主客体关系中，人的发展是核心指标，那么，是否有利于促进人的发展就成为判断思想政治教育主客体关系是否合理的内在尺度。因此，我们就必须从马克思主义人学的立场出发，将“以人为本”原则作为确立思想政治教育主客体关系的前提依据，把现实的人作为优化思想政治教育主客体关系的逻辑起点，从人的需要出发，把人的发展作为落脚点，从而构建动态和谐的思想政治教育主客体关系。
