Abstract: The paper attempts to analyze the role technological progress plays in the evolution of industrial relations from two perspectives.One is the impact of technological progress on the relative changes of the role and status of the two productive factors,the other is the promoting effect of the relative changes in the role and status of the two productive factors on the evolution of industrial relations.On the basis of this analysis a brief review of the ideas of the western craft school is offered.Criticism of the unscientific aspects of their ideas is presented and the vulgar nature as exposed by their defense for the capitalist system is discussed.

摘要： 本文分两个层次剖析技术进步对劳资关系演变的作用机制,即技术进步对生产二因素作用与地位的相对变化所产生的影响;生产二因素作用与地位的相对变化对劳资关系演变的推动作用。在此基础上,本文对西方工艺学派的观点进行简要评析,指出其不科学之处,揭示其为资本主义制度辩护的庸俗性。
