Abstract: The principle of non-interference in internal affairs is a product of history.It requires actively and positively meeting the changing situations in the world.China’s diplomacy is no exception.As far as China is concerned,the requirement comes from the following factors: China’s needs for raising her comprehensive national strength and soft power,the results of the changing guidelines of foreign affairs and deep meaning of these guidelines,the the improved learning ability of the Chinese government,and the demand for global governance and maintenance of an environment with a secure and peaceful neighborhood.

摘要： 不干涉内政原则是历史的产物。它需要积极适应不断变化的形势,中国外交也不例外。从中国自身来说,其原因包括中国综合国力提高和提升"软实力"的需求;外交主导原则转变和深化的结果;中国政府学习能力增强的结果;全球治理和对安全稳定和平的周边发展环境的需求。
