Paradoxical Movement of "Presentation" and "Thought"——A Theoretical Model of Process of Cognitive Development

“表象”与“思想”的矛盾运动——关于认识发展过程的一个理论模式

Abstract: This article holds that presentation" and thought" should be regarded as key categories in describing paradoxical movement of cognition for the reason that they sy mbolize reality of the perceptual" and the rational" int he cog nition process, reasonably explaining integration of content and form in cognition, which lends itself easilyto construction of new norms in the process of cognitive development. The paradox ical movement of presentation"and thought" consists of three steps, namely, thought handling" presentation referred to as perceptual concrete", thought evaporating " presentation referred to as rational abstract" , and thought reorganizing" presentation referred to as rational concrete" . Using paradox ical mo vement of presentation" and thoug ht" to interprett he process of cognition makes it possible to transcend empir icism and rationalism and reach a practical interpr etation of paradoxes of the perceptual and the rational, presentation and thought , as well as thinking and existence.

摘要: 本文认为:应把“表象”与“思想”作为描述认识矛盾运动的核心范畴,因为这对范畴表征着“感性”和“理性”在人的认识过程中的现实化,合理地表述了认识过程中内容与形式的统一,有助于构建关于认识发展过程的新范式;“表象”与“思想”的矛盾运动包括思想“把握”表象即“感性具体”、思想“蒸发”表象即“理性抽象”、思想“重组”表象即“理性具体”三个阶段;以“表象”和“思想”的矛盾运动解释认识过程,有助于超越经验论和唯理论的片面性,达到对感性与理性、表象与思想、思维与存在的矛盾关系的实践论理解。
