Abstract: As a signature concept in the discipline of the history and Party building of the Communist Party of China (CPC), “the Partys overall leadership” has evolved within the context of CPCs political discourse through a distinct historical trajectory: from “leadership by Party members”, “Party leadership”, “monolithic Party leadership”,through “the Party leads everything”, “upholding and improving Party leadership”， to “upholding and strengthening the Partys overall leadership”. This progression represents an innovative development of Marxist theories on proletarian Party leadership. The concept of “the Partys overall leadership” carries rich and multilayered meanings and should be understood through three interrelated dimensions: political principles, institutions and rules, and capacities of the Party. Moreover, this concept makes significant scholarly contributions: it further enriches and refines the conceptual framework of Party leadership, provides a foundational analytical category for research in the discipline of CPC history and Party building, and offers substantial theoretical value for constructing an independent knowledge system with Chinese characteristics.

摘要： 作为中共党史党建学的标识性概念，“党的全面领导”在中国共产党政治表述语境下呈现从“党员的领导”“党的领导”“党的领导一元化”到“党是领导一切的”“坚持和改善党的领导”，再到“坚持和加强党的全面领导”的演进过程，实现了马克思主义政党的领导学说的创新性发展。“党的全面领导”概念具有丰富的内涵意蕴，应从政治原则、制度规范、政党能力等三个范畴加以把握。“党的全面领导”概念具有重要的知识贡献，它进一步丰富和完善了党的领导概念体系，为中共党史党建学研究提供了关键概念支撑，对推动构建中国自主知识体系亦有重要的学理价值。
