Abstract: The late development of the Chinese revolution determines that the construction of an independent academic system for the discipline of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building starts from the revision of symbolic concepts, or propositions. With the deepening of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, the Communist Party of China (CPC) has created a series of original symbolic concepts, which have become the new materials for the construction of an autonomous academic system. To cope with the problems and challenges in the construction of the academic system for the discipline of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building, it is necessary to find the logic of interpreting the world from the logic of transforming the world, that is, the structure of the academic system, which requires the construction of a possible analytical framework starting from the organization, agenda (goal), event, system and process. In specific, organization is the main body of political life and the core element of construction of the academic system. Under the guidance of the agenda (goal), the CPC has been promoting the growth of the system with major events for a long period of time, and then the system gradually replaced the events as the major force to promote the development of the cause. This is not only the fundamental theme that runs through the CPCs own growth and the development of all areas of endeavor, but also the basic framework for the construction of the academic system for the discipline; the political process running through it is more creative, and more reflective of the characteristics of the academic system for the discipline of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building.

摘要： 中国革命的后发性，决定了中共党史党建学自主学术体系建构的材料是从标识性概念的修正，或者说命题开始的。随着改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的深入推进，中国共产党创造了一系列原创性的标识性概念，成为自主学术体系建构的新材料。应对中共党史党建学学术体系建构中的问题与挑战，需要从改造世界的逻辑中寻找解释世界的逻辑，也就是学术体系的结构问题。这就需要从组织、纲领（目标）、事件、制度与过程入手，建构可能的分析框架。其中，组织是政治生活的主体，也是学术体系建构的核心要素。在纲领（目标）引领下，很长一个时期里中国共产党是以重大事件推动制度的成长，其后，制度逐步代替重大事件成为推动事业发展的核心力量。这既是中国共产党自身成长与事业发展的基本脉络，也是自主学术体系建构的基本框架；而贯穿其中的政治过程则更具有创造性，也更能反映中共党史党建学学术体系建构的特点。
