Abstract: As one of the representatives of New Phenomenology in France, Michel Henry gives an indepth explanation of Marxs economic philosophy. In Henrys view, the core issues that Marxs economic philosophy deals with are not empirical economic issues, but transcendental philosophical issues, ie. the problem of the condition of possibility of economic reality. He points out that in Marxs discussion, the individual life is the reality in the ultimate sense, which constitutes the ontological basis and the condition of possibility of economic reality, ie. the individual life lays the foundation for the economy. Henrys phenomenological interpretation of Marxs economic philosophy reveals the various possibilities of Marxs thought; however, it also gives rise to some critiques.

摘要： 作为法国新现象学的代表之一，米歇尔·亨利对马克思的经济哲学进行了深入的解释。在亨利看来，马克思经济哲学所处理的核心问题并不是实证的经济学问题，而是先验的哲学问题，即经济的实在可能性条件问题。他指出，在马克思的讨论中，个体生命是最终意义上的实在，它构成经济的本体论基础和实在可能性条件，个体生命为经济奠基。亨利对马克思经济哲学的现象学解释，揭示了马克思思想的多样可能性，同时也引起了一些批评。
