JinpingThoughtonSocialism withChineseCharacteristicsforaNewEraisthestrategicsystemthat
guidesChina..sstrideforward.Thisstrategicsystemgivesananswertotheforemoststrategicquestion
thatwhatflagshouldberaised,or,putdifferently,whatroadshouldbefollowedandwhatgoal

摘要： 指导思想是党和国家首要的战略问题,马克思主义中国化是党和国家首要的战略
工程。中国共产党百年奋斗中,高度重视立党立国的指导思想,始终从战略高度推进指导思
想的与时俱进、守正创新。习近平总书记是新时代的马克思主义战略家,习近平新时代中国
特色社会主义思想是指导中国阔步前进的战略体系。这一战略体系回答了新时代举什么旗、
走什么路、朝着什么目标前进这个首要的战略问题,回答了新时代坚持和发展什么样的中国
特色社会主义、怎样坚持和发展中国特色社会主义这个首要的基本问题,明确了新时代中国
特色社会主义的战略主线、战略部署、战略保障、政治战略,为新时代治国理政提供了战略
指引,从战略高度深化了对共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律、人类社会发展规律的认
识,实现了马克思主义基本原理与中国具体实际相结合的又一次历史性飞跃。
