Abstract: Since the global financial crisis in 2008, the neoliberalist ideology has also encountered a crisis. To solve the crisis of neoliberalism and transcend the neoliberal order, Gerard Dumenil and Dominique Levy, two Western leftist scholars, have proposed the solution of “new managerial capitalism”. It advocates the use of the state power and the reliance on the socalled managerial class to regulate and suppress the financial parasitic class, in order to contain the financialization of capitalism and facilitate the return of financial capitalism to industrial capitalism. This solution is somewhat progressive, but lacks a profound understanding of the relations between financial capital and industrial capital as well as the inner contradictions in and the trend of the accumulation of financial capital. In addition, it does not show indepth insights into the nature of the managerial class. It also bypasses a core issue of socialism, namely the nationalization of financial capital. Therefore, it is essentially a capitalist reformist plan.

摘要： 2008年全球金融危机后，新自由主义意识形态也遭遇了危机。为了解决新自由主义危机，超越新自由主义秩序，西方左翼学者迪梅尼尔和莱维提出了一种“新管理资本主义”方案，主张利用国家政权的力量，依靠所谓的管理者阶级，来管制和镇压金融寄生者阶级，以遏制资本主义的金融化趋势，推动金融资本主义重返产业资本主义。这种方案体现了一定的社会进步性，但缺乏对金融资本与产业资本关系以及金融资本积累的内在矛盾和趋势的深刻理解，缺乏对管理者阶级本质的深刻洞察，同时也绕开了对金融资本国有化改造这个社会主义的核心主题，其本质是一种资本主义的改良方案。
