Abstract: The basic contradiction determines the nature of social form. The contradictory movement between the dominant class needs and social production is the basis for judging the stage development of a certain social form. Blocking the rigid old road and the evil ways of changing the flag will change the social nature of the primary stage of socialism. We must adhere to the correct path of developing the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. At present, the development imbalance has become a major constraint to meet the growing needs of the people. Chinas major contradictions have changed. Inadequate development is the main aspect of the major social contradictions in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We can solve the problem of unbalanced development by solving the main contradictions of inadequate development.

摘要： 基本矛盾决定了社会形态的性质，占主导地位的阶级需要与社会生产之间的矛盾运动是判断某一社会形态阶段性发展的依据；封闭僵化的老路和改旗易帜的邪路都会改变社会主义初级阶段的社会性质，必须坚持发展中国特色社会主义市场经济的正确道路，以人民为中心的社会主义发展目的决定了需要和生产的矛盾是社会主要矛盾；社会生产力水平总体上显著提高，发展不平衡不充分成为满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的主要制约因素，主要矛盾发生转化；发展不充分是中国特色社会主义新时代社会主要矛盾的主要方面，我们可以通过解决发展不充分这一矛盾的主要方面来解决发展不平衡问题。
