Abstract: The process of ideological and political education is a complex and pluralistic system. Different process factors exert different influences on the trust of ideological and political education. The credibility of ideological and political education and the trust tendency of the educated constitute the antecedent variables of trust. The situational factors such as the function of the educator, interpersonal trust, teaching management, organizational atmosphere, and external trust of the school constitute the intermediate variable of trust. The structural equilibrium and irrational function of trust in ideological and political education constitute the outcome variable of trust.

摘要: 思想政治教育的过程是一个复杂多元的综合系统,不同的过程要素对于思想政治教育的信任发挥着不同影响。思想政治教育可信性和受教育者信任倾向共同构成信任的前因变量;教育者的功能作用、第三方人际信任、教学管理、组织氛围以及学校外部信任等思想政治教育过程中的情境因素构成信任的中间变量;思想政治教育信任的结构均衡和不信任的功能失调构成信任的结果变量。
