Abstract: Xi Jinpings international strategic thought is the guiding ideology of Chinas diplomacy and international strategy, as well as the new development of Chinas international strategy. It mainly includes the following features: actively promoting the organic combination of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the building of a human community of shared destiny, emphasizing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the construction of human fate objectives; taking “The Belt and Road” initiative construction to lead the indepth integration of domestic development and international cooperation; always adhering to the coodination of the peaceful development and safeguarding national security; effectively maintaining international security which is a reliable guarantee for the path of peaceful development; proposition of the guidelines for the diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, emphasizing the development of new diplomacy between big powers; the constructing new international relations with the achievment of winwin cooperation as the core and promoting a more fair and reasonable global governance system.

摘要： 习近平国际战略思想是中国外交和国际战略的指导思想，也是中国国际战略的新发展。其主要特点是：积极促进中华民族复兴与构建人类命运共同体的有机结合，强调实现中华民族复兴与构建人类命运共同体目标一致、道路相通；以“一带一路”建设引领国内发展与国际互利合作的深度融合，强调“一带一路”建设集中体现了开放发展、合作发展、共赢发展的精神，实现了中国对外开放和国际互利合作的创新，有利于维护地区稳定和世界和平；始终坚持和平发展与维护国家安全的协调一致，强调走和平发展道路是中国人民对实现自身发展目标的自信和自觉，有效维护国际安全是走和平发展道路的可靠保障；完整提出中国特色大国外交的指导方针，强调开展新型大国外交，构建以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系，推动全球治理体制更加公正合理，统筹中国大国外交全方位整体战略布局。
