Abstract: The contradiction of economic growth and the worldwide shortage of resources,environmental pollution,and deteriorating ecology has become a serious international problem.This shows that it is an urgent issue to develop recycling economy and to study recycling economy in the light of economic theories.Although much has been discussed in the literature both at home and abroad,the issue is not touched by mainstream economics.While non-mainstream economics has made important contribution,there are still many problems to be solved.This paper attempts to offer a review of researches on recycling economics both at home and abroad,and to explain that only by referring to Marxist economics can we really achieve combination of the scientific concept of development and recycling economy,and provide scientific and economic evidence for sustainable development of recycling economy.

摘要： 各国经济增长与全球范围内的资源短缺、环境污染、生态恶化之间的矛盾,当前已成为国际性重大问题之一。这一方面说明实践中大力发展循环经济势在必行,另一方面说明从经济学理论上阐释循环经济势在必行。目前国内外关于循环经济的文章虽不少,但无论在国内还是在国外,主流经济学均基本不研究循环经济,非主流经济学虽对循环经济研究做出了重大贡献,但存在诸多问题。本文基于马克思主义经济学视角,对国内外循环经济研究进行梳理,同时阐述只有在马克思主义经济学的基础上才能真正实现科学发展观与循环经济的结合,并为实践中循环经济的可持续发展提供科学的经济学依据。
