摘要： 当前我国正处于迈向民族复兴、开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家、向党的第二个百年奋斗目标进军新征程的重要历史节点上，对培养心怀“国之大者”、堪当民族复兴大任的高水平党史党建专门人才有更为迫切的要求。应从服务党和国家工作大局、顺应党史党建学科发展要求、契合党史党建人才成长规律等多维度探究本硕博贯通培养机制，探索在新的历史方位和时代需求背景下，如何构建螺旋上升衔接体系、打造思想引领和科学研究共同体、形成全覆盖保障机制等贯通式一体化人才培养路径。

Abstract: At the important historical milestone of achieving national rejuvenation, building a socialist modern country and marching towards realizing the second centenary goal, there are more urgent requirements for the cultivation of highlevel talents in Party history and Party building who keep in mind the utmost interests of the nation and are capable of undertaking the great task of national rejuvenation. The paper explores the mechanism of talent cultivation in successive undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs from the perspectives of serving the overall situation of the Partys and the countrys work, responding to the call of the development of the discipline of Party history and Party building, and meeting the growth laws of talents in Party history and Party building. The paper also explores how to establish a progressive spiral system, build a community of ideological leadership and scientific research, and form a fullcoverage support mechanism for talent cultivation through successive training in the context of the new historic juncture in Chinas development and the needs of the times.
