The spiritual civilization of people requires the development of advanced socialist culture and the increase in the supply of advanced culture. In the process of Chinesestyle modernization, culture plays a great role in guiding the economic behavior of all market players. In specific, first, it is to address the issue of human values and morality, and then to improve peoples mentalities to reach the modern level, and finally, it is to promote the entrepreneurship as regards social responsibility.
