自然状态的历史化及其政治哲学效应———马克思“人类学笔记”对西方近代政治哲学的超越*

  

  1. 作为自然法学说的核心概念,“自然状态”不仅奠定了西方近代政治哲学的理论基础,而且它的历史化进程彰显了早期人类秩序与现代政治制度建构之间的辩证张力。以此为背景,本文首先揭示近代自然法传统将自由个体作为政治建构的逻辑目标,然后借鉴19世纪文化人类学研究成果,指出古代社会是探讨自然状态历史化过程的全新历史时空,最后揭示马克思在文化人类学基础上重新探讨的共产主义内涵,实现了对近代自然法理论和19世纪文化人类学的双重超越。
