摘要： 技治主义运动失败之后，技治主义理论由激进转向温和，在当今社会发展和治理中发挥着重要作用。然而，当前人们对技治主义仍持普遍批判态度，对它的当代形式和现实价值存在认识偏差。因此，本文将对技治主义的三个主要理论维度，即经济理论、政治理论和社会治理理论的主要内容和当代发展进行分析，以全面认识和深入理解当代技治主义的内涵、作用及其局限，为充分发挥它的价值和重新建构它的理论提供基础和依据。

Abstract: After the failure of the technocracy movement, technocracy has changed from radical to moderate, which plays an important role in the development and governance of today's society. However, people still hold a general critical attitude toward technocracy and have a misunderstanding for contemporary form and realistic value of technocracy nowadaysThus, the article will analyze the content and the contemporary development of the three main theoretical dimensions of technocracy, namely, economic theory, political theory and social governance theory, whose aim is to get a comprehensive understanding and thorough recognizing for the connotation, function and limitations of technocracy, and to provide a basis for playing the value of technocracy in social operation fully and the theoretical reconstruction of technocracy
