摘要/Abstract

摘要： “新帝国主义”是最近十多年来国际左翼理论界流行的词汇和研究热点，但是，人们对于新帝国主义的解释存在模糊之处。本文通过对古典帝国主义论的回顾和分析表明，帝国主义不能仅仅归于资本积累的矛盾这一个方面。前资本主义的积累逻辑与资本的积累逻辑共同构成了帝国主义的基础，而两种积累逻辑间的辩证关系及其演变是帝国主义问题的核心。在新帝国主义时代，前资本主义的积累逻辑消亡，暴力蜕变为资本积累的单纯手段，体现了新帝国主义的本质特征。新帝国主义研究的进一步发展将聚焦于垄断资本主义新阶段，即霸权国家的政治权力与经济权力在全球范围内结合形式的新变化。

Abstract: The new imperialism has been the popular vocabulary and research hotspot in the international leftwings over the last decade However,there are ambiguities in the interpretation of new imperialism Through the review and analysis of the classical imperialism,this paper shows that imperialism can not only be attributed to the aspect of contradiction of capital accumulation In the new imperialism era,the accumulation of the former capitalism died out,violence degenerated into the simple means of capital accumulation,which embodies the essential features of the new imperialism The further development of the new imperialism study will focus on the new stage of monopoly capitalism,as well as the new changes of the combination form of political power and economic power of the hegemony countries in the global range
